people logged in for a certain amount of time

hi there.

okay... this is weird!

sometimes, when there's someone below me that's been logged in for a certain amount of time, say maybe 1 minit less than i have, we keep changing places in the list.

1 minit i'm on top, and then it's them.

it's like the system's confused or something

anyone know what's going on?
